Craigleith will be a new residential community inclusive of housing, private and publicly accessible landscaped areas and trails, and clubhouses. The development will be an "active lifestyle" community that connects to the stunning natural amenities of Craigleith and Town of Blue Mountains, geared towards active seniors, families and seasonal users looking for recreational properties.
SvN is providing architectural design (with full tender documentation), interior design and landscape design services to Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. Housing typologies include loft townhouses, 3-storey towns, 2-storey towns, 1-storey detached homes, and 2-storey detached homes.
Each unit will be unique within the Craigleith and Blue Mountain communities and reinforce the broader objectives of the development to connect the community to nature and the recreational amenities surrounding the site.
