This 22 unit townhouse project is located in Richmond’s Brighouse City Centre Area. The development is designed as a contemporary take on traditional design with family-friendly and ground-oriented housing. The project follows a rowhouse massing and design, creating a rhythmic 3-storey scale responding to the existing residential neighbourhood, while also creating a more urban presence.The townhouses are organized around a shared elevated courtyard space that covers dedicated parking for the development. Individual peaked roofs cap each unit, reinforcing a sense of individuality to the residential typology, while also breaking up the scale of the overall project.
