Leading The Way With Our New Chief Growth Officer and Several Staff Promotions

SvN bolsters our position as a leading integrated design firm with the appointment of our Chief Growth Officer alongside several staff promotions.

SvN Architects + Planners has welcomed Laura Sellors as Chief Growth Officer, a role created to enhance our value proposition and expansion into new markets. Laura's role will focus on business development initiatives, bolstering our identity and corporate strategy. We are also happy to announce a string of promotions for individuals dedicated to critical placemaking, reinforcing SvN’s expertise in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning and design. The announcement comes as we double down on our regenerative approach to practice, a philosophy that focuses on taking us beyond sustainable design and towards built environments that proactively restore ecological and social systems.

corporate strategy, business development, and growth.

With over two decades of design management experience, Laura is an expert in shaping creative firms with a global reach and has served on numerous boards in the industry. Building on our vision of transforming complex problems into simple, impactful outcomes, she will support the growth of all of our areas of practice in keeping with a regenerative approach.

In addition to this new hire, we continue to recognize the firm’s unwavering dedication to innovation and excellence, announcing the promotion of several individuals to Associates, including Polina Bam, Audrey Fung, Ana Paula Garcia Santisteban, Joseph Kan and Quan Thai. Landscape Architect Luke Kairys has been promoted to Senior Associate, and Landscape Architect and Urban Planner Lina Al-Dajani has been announced as the firm's Urban Design Lead.
