Kelly is an urban planner and SvN Associate with intense knowledge and experience working with public and private sector clients on projects ranging from individual site development approvals to master planning and secondary plan studies. She brings an action-oriented and collaborative approach to developing solutions for various land use planning matters. A strategic thinker, Kelly advises clients from the early visioning phases to the detailed implementation of a planning or development project. She is committed to creating communities for current and future residents and is passionate about projects that support resilience and regeneration and embrace the transition to a low-carbon future. Kelly holds a Master of Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners. She regularly volunteers for the Urban Land Institute.
