The new project, designed by SvN Architects + Planners, would see two residential towers located just north of the existing Mimico GO Station as well as a reconstructed Mimico GO Station built in. 

"The 327 Royal York property currently includes a formerly commenced but since abandoned redevelopment site while the 315 Royal York property includes the Metrolinx Mimico GO Station," notes the rezoning application. 

"The subject application proposes the integrated redevelopment of the two sites, with a 29-storey and 44-storey mixed-use office and residential project and a new Mimico GO Station building... Both of the building tower elements sit atop a 4 to 8 storey, connected, podium."
