A visionary 53-hectare master-planned wellness destination in South Georgian Bay builds on existing health, wellness, and recreation amenities to create a world-class community. Our design establishes a “base camp” for healthy living and innovative regional healthcare, serving the GTA’s premier retirement and recreational region.

Located at the confluence of Poplar Sideroad and Highway 26, between Collingwood and Clearview, the village models wellness-centred living. This regionally significant urban centre acts as a critical catalyst for transforming the surrounding area from a transitory route into a major wellness destination in Ontario.

The iconic Circuit Trail connects every corner of the community. This one-of-a-kind multi-modal loop invites residents and visitors to walk, run, bike, ski, and skate year-round. Winding through parks and plazas, the trail encourages connection to nature and offers diverse outdoor recreational and wellness experiences across all seasons.

Community gathering space with greenhouse buildings, outdoor activity zones, and garden areas for growing and sharing local produce.

Strategic partnerships amplify the village’s regional impact. Collaborations with local, regional, provincial, and national institutions create an anchor destination for health and wellness programming and experiences, serving not just residents but the broader South Georgian Bay community.

Our landscape-first approach celebrates the region’s natural beauty. Set within the ecologically, culturally, and scenically rich South Georgian Bay, the design integrates seamlessly with natural systems while providing infrastructure that supports excellence in sports, wellness, healthy living, and sustainability.
