Change that Works Exhibit Opens Tomorrow

There were so many interesting and inspiring entries in the Change that Works photo contest that it was a challenge for the judges to pick the six winners – but they did!

The six winning photos will be on display, writ large, in a special exhibit that starts tomorrow, June 6, at the Young Welcome Centre at the Evergreen Brick Works. The exhibit will remain on display until the end of June. Get a sneak peek here.

Change that Works is a new series of public campaigns, lectures and exhibitions that celebrates positive change at a community level.

The exhibit is part of 100In1Day Toronto, a global festival of civic engagement co-presented by Evergreen and United Way Toronto that has returned to Toronto for its second year.

The Young Welcome Centre is open Saturday from 8 am – 5 pm, Sunday from 10 am – 5 pm, and Monday–Friday from 9 am – 5 pm.
