Celebrating ‘The Art of Craft Beer’ on June 3

On Saturday June 3, SvN will be joining hundreds of Torontonians at the historic Ashbridge Estate in Leslieville, celebrating the best of craft beer label art and the Ontario craft beer behind the labels. This free event is a follow up to last fall’s wildly successful debut by frequent SvN collaborator Wiseman Creative. The Art of Craft Beer will feature beer produced by a multitude of local craft brewers along with a craft beer pop-up shop, farm to table food vendors, performances by local musicians, and a label art exhibition. Proceeds from a silent auction will benefit Sketch, a not-for-profit organization engaging street-involved youth in the visual, culinary, and performing arts.

SvN has been involved with craft brewers in Ontario for years through preliminary conceptualization of the Ontario Beverage Institute at Durham College (dLab) in Whitby and, most recently, through the design and implementation of a new home for Indie Ale House brewery in the Lower Junction neighbourhood.

We are proud to support organization such as Wiseman Creative, The Canadian Stage Company, Bites and Sights TO, the Lower Ossington Theatre, and the Life Purposes Centre, for the role they play in animating our public realm and cultural spaces, and continuously re-defining our social and cultural milieu.
