Sean Lee is a Senior Planner with the Planning team at SvN. Sean’s planning experience spans ten years and includes private and public practice, as well as a stint with an NGO in Ethiopia. Sean graduated from the University of Toronto in 2013 with a Masters of Science in Planning, specialized in land development and transportation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta in Human Geography and Political Science.
Sean’s past project experience includes leading municipal planning teams for two major shopping centre redevelopments at transit nodes in Edmonton; initiating and providing planning expertise for a corridor study resulting in re-construction and redevelopment of the street and adjacent lands; leading a consulting team which provided mapping and visualizations for Edmonton’s CityPlan (Official Plan); and managing applications for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for mixed-use developments throughout Toronto and the GTA. He is active with the Urban Land Institute’s Toronto chapter. Sean is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and is a Registered Professional Planner in the Province of Ontario.
