Reva is an urban planner whose professional interests and experience focus on development approvals, community and policy planning, and the provision of low-income housing. Recent SvN projects include the Ontario Line, zoning-by-law amendment applications for mixed-use and multi-residential projects, municipal approvals for Shoppers World Brampton, and planning work for the Trent University Lands. Before joining SvN, Reva worked at Toronto Community Housing (TCH), helping to implement the master plan, conduct community consultation and deliver low-income housing at Regent Park, North America's most extensive public housing revitalization in recent decades. There, she developed a first-hand understanding of the development approval process on both a provincial and municipal level.
