Niloufar has professional experience in complex architectural design, permitting, and project management on several residential and high-rise buildings. She can manage projects through all stages, including pre-design, site plan approval, building permits, tender drawings and construction administration. Niloufar worked for numerous firms in Canada and South Africa, managing external consultants and teams to create meaningful buildings for clients. She received her architecture and urban planning training in Iran while taking courses on leading sustainability management and the green economy from the Toronto Metropolitan University.
