Nadeem is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer with SvN. His focus is enhanced financial planning & analysis to support the firm’s project forecasting and resourcing initiatives. In addition, he provides advisory support for strategic plan development to align the firm’s growth with financial performance.

Prior to joining SvN, he spent five years in real estate accounting with a leading Canadian REIT and also brings experience in change management and financial governance through IT infrastructure projects with eHealth Ontario and Blackberry.

Nadeem is a graduate of the DeGroote School of Business combined MBA/CMA program at McMaster University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
