Minsu has extensive international experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in Asia, Europe, Australia and Canada, where his expertise focuses on commercial and mixed-use projects. He is respected for working collaboratively to produce innovative design solutions supported by strategic thinking, research, new technologies, offsite construction, and environmental sustainability. Before joining SvN, Minsu led the design team for large mixed-use projects and the Unilever Headquarters Indonesia office development, which received over 10 international awards. In 2018, Perspective magazine recognized him with a 40 under 40 award in architecture for design leadership. Minsu received his undergraduate degree from Yonsei University in Seoul and a graduate degree from The Bartlet School of Architecture in London.
