Kevin is an experienced urban planner, with a multidisciplinary professional background in planning, local economic development, social entrepreneurship and building operations. With a specific interest in transit and land-use integration, he is deeply committed to the transition toward a low-carbon future and the development of sustainable and socially-inclusive communities.
A skilled project manager, Kevin has led a wide range of city-building projects, including transit-oriented master plans, campus planning, waterfront development, brownfield regeneration, parks planning and infill redevelopment. Throughout, he embraces the complexities inherent with each project and applies a strategic and inclusive approach to achieve the best outcomes.
Prior to joining SvN, Kevin was an Associate Urban Planner at Urban Strategies Inc, where he was responsible for assisting public, private and institutional clients through detailed site master plans, strategic development approvals, and the preparation of planning policy and guidelines.
Kevin holds an MSc in Transport and City Planning from the Bartlett School of Planning (University College London), a specialized program that focused on land use planning, mobility, megaprojects, and the interdisciplinary considerations of transportation planning as part of the development of the sustainable city.
