Kathleen is a Designer with a Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo. She has experience working in various offices in Toronto, Paris, and New York in the fields of urban design and architecture, and interior design. She has a strong interest in public realm and streetscape design and has been a part of multidisciplinary teams designing projects of various scales. She has been primarily involved in large-scale masterplan projects and transit-oriented development projects.
Prior to joining SvN, she gained extensive experience in the field of illustration and editorial publishing. Her work has been published in the New York Times, the Globe and Mail, Walrus Magazine, and many others. She is keen to continue exploring the relationships between art and placemaking and ways to create more liveable communities through design.
