Trained as an Architect and an Urban Designer, Juan Santa María has experience working on a diversity of complex projects. He has been directly involved in the design, coordination and construction of more than a hundred thousand square meters of real estate, including residential and office buildings with LEED Silver and Gold Certification in Santiago, Chile. Juan’s experience includes making decisions at both the urban scale and on construction details. He also has experience in construction supervision, administration and legal management. Juan’s technical and creative experience is complemented with a strong interest in research, participating in several publications, exhibitions and symposiums related to Housing, Urban Planning and Design, as well as Landscape Architecture.
