Hugo brings an extensive knowledge of architectural systems and concepts from his background working and living in France, Toronto and Montreal. His strengths include detail-oriented project management, design coordination and community engagement. Recent projects include a mass timber office building in Collingwood, Ontario, designed to Passive House standards. He remains focused on sustainable design concepts, working towards becoming a certified Passive House Designer. Before joining SvN, Hugo worked at several firms gaining experience on a diverse range of projects of varying scale and typology, from concept to construction. His previous projects include the rehabilitation of David Geffen Hall in Manhattan, transforming the Toronto Linseed Oil Factory into a new net-zero community centre and a pavilion for academic and research facilities at York University.
