Business Development Coordinator / Planner
Eric is an urban planner with a liberal arts background and work experience in the fields of architecture, real estate, urban design, and engineering. His interest in city-building and urbanism is driven by a passion for creating meaningful, inclusive, resilient and enjoyable spaces. At SvN, he works on due diligence exercises, spatial and policy analysis, and development approvals.
Eric holds a Master of Planning from McGill University, where his research explored alternative models of residential development with the potential to produce housing in urban areas that is simultaneously more affordable, sustainable and of higher quality, focusing on case studies found in Berlin. Eric is a candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and is working towards full membership.
