Daniela is an architectural designer based in Montreal. Daniela brings a multi-disciplinary professional experience ranging from public art, single and multi-family residential, and masterplan development. She has worked for offices in Boston and Amsterdam including Jennifer Bonner MALL, Volkan Alkanoglu, and UNStudio. Prior to joining SvN in 2020, Daniela was a designer at KPF in New York, where she contributed to large-scale international cultural and commercial projects. Her interests lie at the intersection of curation and forming models of public engagement and design through professional practice.
In addition to her role as designer at SvN, Daniela teaches graduate and undergraduate studio courses at McGill University's Peter Guo-hua Fu School of Architecture. She received her Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Waterloo and Master in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her graduate thesis focused on exhibiting architecture and the architect's role in discipline and practice.
