Andrea's professional experience focuses on business development, project management and coordination for private and public clients. She has worked on the planning and designing of mixed-use, tourism-related, residential and industrial projects in Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador. Her deep understanding of real estate also gives her comprehensive knowledge of the project's business expectations. Andrea previously worked in the National Tourism Development Fund (FONATUR) and was a professor at Mexico's National University (UNAM) Architecture Faculty, teaching in urban-environmental areas. With experience in several architecture and planning firms, she founded Cota Cera in 2022, a real-estate development company specializing in small-scale residential projects in Mexico City. Andrea holds degrees in architecture and urban planning from the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), respectively.
