Alex is a designer with proven success of impactfully contributing to projects across various scales and typologies, including transit-oriented communities, masterplans, and interior fit-outs. Alex is dedicated to environmental analysis and regenerative design, contributing to ongoing sustainable initiatives and research at SvN while seeking to harness technology that optimizes low-carbon design solutions. In 2022, he became a Certified Passive House Designer. Before joining SvN, Alex worked for the global architecture firm Woods Bagot in Sydney, Australia on a mix of transit, institutional, interior, and mixed-use projects. He maintains a strong interest at the intersection of computational design and architecture, which extends into academia. Alex has tutored parametric design studios and undertaken computational research at the University of Sydney, where he graduated with a Master of Architecture. He holds an undergraduate degree in environmental design from The Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU).
