11 Brock — Groundbreaking
This ceremony marks the first step towards 42 units of affordable, supportive housing.
We celebrated the groundbreaking of 11 Brock Avenue, a transformative project in Toronto’s Parkdale neighborhood that will deliver 42 units of affordable, supportive housing. As part of the City of Toronto’s Rapid Housing Initiative, this project will address the urgent need for housing solutions for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
We were honored to be joined by Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow, Councilor Gord Perks and our partners PARC Toronto and Govan Brown to mark the start of construction for this critical project.

11 Brock Avenue is a 4-storey, all-electric, mass timber building, targeting net zero and low embodied carbon standards. The award-winning project will turn the long vacant site into a thoughtfully designed space that integrates into the community while prioritizing residents' quality of life.
