The new subdivision plan – of a vibrant, mixed-use community – builds through a series urban design principles tied with sustainable landscape initiatives. The guidelines address opens space framework, built form for vaious housing types, pedestrian and bicycle linkages, and parking and accessibility for both residential and commerical areas.
