SvN and consulting firm rePlan developed a comprehensive housing and infrastructure strategy for the Angola LNG Soyo Project. The strategy addressed worker accommodation for the construction and operation phases of the Project and a master plan for the upgrading of the nearby City of Soyo. The strategy also eased the transition from temporary to permanent worker communities and integrated permanent worker accommodation into the City of Soyo.
