Overview

SvN has been representing Rosewood Park Alliance Church since 2014 to bring 160 acres of Church controlled lands to market from feasibility through to detailed design and plan approvals. Rosewood Park is a new mixed use neighbourhood located in the Northwest of Regina in the community of Coopertown. The neighbourhood is planned as a social hub which will provide much-needed social and civic amenity space within a pedestrian-oriented and transit-friendly design. Importantly, the neighbourhood is planned at the outset to accommodate inter-generational change allowing residents to age in place through integration of a mix of housing types from family-affordable through to long term care. In addition, a development strategy identifies opportunities for both disposition of land to traditional builders as well as partnerships in housing and facility delivery and ownership.

As Coopertown continues to develop, Rosewood Park will be connected to five other planned neighbourhoods through a series of interconnected road networks, multi-use pathways, open spaces and transit.
