Overview

SvN assisted consulting firm rePlan and the Compania Minera Antamina owned by Rio Algom, Noranda and Teck to developing a preliminary housing plan, which laid the groundwork for a new 700 family mining community in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range of Peru. The work included community planning, infrastructure and housing design and construction. The design and building challenge was to integrate the new buildings and infrastructure with the existing town activities.
