Polina is an experienced urban planner and project manager, having worked in the private and public sectors on various scales of development applications throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Before joining SvN, she worked at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)  in its Development Planning and Permits division, which has informed her planning practice from the perspectives of environmental protection and natural hazard protection/mitigation. At SvN, Polina's responsibilities include preparing and advancing development applications, due diligence reports, and site-specific policy research. She is also a project manager for several secondary plan studies. Polina is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
